When visiting a foreign country it is always polite to know a few words in their language. This not only shows respect but also gives you the opportunity to bond with people from all over the world. I’ve traveled a bit whether it was at an all inclusive, a backpack hitch hiking across Europe, a youth hostel experience or a plush hotel and all those experiences I’ve found joy in communicating with each culture and even tried a few foods I ordered incorrectly. So I thought I would share a few commonly used words and their translation. – Adelka Molcan.
